I certainly has to be the ultimate in humiliation, but it's all a matter of how you take it. It's gotta be just harsh to be him right now, but his parents certainly aren't making it any better by bringing it before the courts. It's similar to having your parents call the school on a kid that beat you up, you know the repercussions are going to be severe in one way or another.
If these people were smart, they'd find a way to make money off of this considering how popular it is. If I were them, I'd start a website with all the versions out there and get some advertisers on the page. Why not? They have a snowball's chance in hell of getting paid otherwise. I'll be suprised and shocked if they win in court.
Kids pick on kids. The only difference is that as technology grows, so do the number of ways the abuse( for lack of a better word ) can be done.
