Broadband finally!!

After fighting with Qwest since Jan., I finally have DSL!!!

Now, I just have to figure out how to configure my network so that everyone can be on-line at the same time!

Yup, I already have the 2Wire Homeportal in the network as well!

Congrats Sharder, router works well for sharing connections. i had did that with my cable broadband. was pretty easy to do.

It's ever better when you go wireless and sit in the backyard on a cool day surf the net .

Well, just make sure your ethernet card ( if you use one ) is in the right PCI slot. Here I am fighting to get my cable back working, only to finally move it to a slot that works ( forgot which cards I had where when I disassembled the system ).

I'm back, and I'm up and running! Booya!

Everything is up and running GREAT!!! Except [FAD] which doesn't seem to be able to connect on one machine! Remote Administrator is working properly, got the built-in firewall set up, and been surfin' from all the machines.

Now, I just have one little, itsy bitsy problem to take care of.

Cable would be faster for the money, but it isn't available where I live.

Got the [FAD] problem fixed, now have to find out how to get my daughters IM to connect.
