Selection is subjective to taste, but I can honestly recommend Hunter ceiling fans. When I was with Sears (college job), I never received a return or complaint regarding Hunter fans in the nearly two years I worked there, and they were our best sellers.
Thanks,
Sounds like the old saying,
"You get what you pay for".
I only wish there was no remote, paying extra for something I do not need. I can see my 5 year old pressing the butttons as the fan flys off the ceiling.
bwahahaha...a remote for a ceiling fan. I must have been living in the dark ages...never knew that existed

The fan in the link seems like a "supersize" 56 wingspan. Make sure the fan is sized for your room. Too big and you'll feel like being in a tornado even with it set on low. Hunter fans are built heavy-duty. Make sure the ceiling electrical box is rated and attached so to take the weight of the fan hanging off of it. Hunter brand seems better built than the Hampton Bay brand found in Home Depot. They have their summer clearance sale going on ceiling fans now. Good luck.
