Those punks wouldn't have been walking right if they tried swarming me. Use every dirty move and invent some more if necessary.

I'm sure those Skidmarks were laughing like Beevis and Butthead while they were throwing stones at those ducks.

At that age (14-16 or something) it's normal behaviour.
Later on, it's only disturbed people who act that way.

However... The juridical system of this country is so lame that if people like that threw stones at my pond, and I hit them, I'd probably go to jail or pay hefty fines.

What law does give me right to, is 'motivate person to stop abusive behavior', thus, if someone mugged an old lady, I'd have to 'motivate him to surrender to police'. Motivating does not include beating them to half dead b t w

It sickens me too how this is nowadays, that criminals have more legal protection than normal people.

Slightly off topic but it relates to what Muno said.

If there are trespassers/intruders on your property, you should have the right to do whatever it takes to get them off your property if they shouldn't be there.

If there is a burglar in your house you can't hit them because they can sue you for assault. It would be a separate court trial from his breaking and entering and there's a good chance that the fact he broke into your house wouldn't be brought into that trial. The legal system is so warped right now.

This is why you shoot them, then they can't sue.Oh,and have an extra gun to put in the dead lifeless hand for the police. No kidding. When someone breaks in your house it's no holds barr justice. You have every right to do whatever you feel like because your life could be in jeopardy. If someone breaks in a dwelling while occupied they more than likely are amateurs and have weapons.Kill or be killed.
