Well, I wouldn't say it's her fault, though if I were her I would still feel guilty. But why did she give the papers to the US Embasy if she doubted their authenticity? I guess you'd want to let someone else check it out...

I would say surely it wouldn't make it to the US Pres if it were false...but then, I know better.
