Now he is saying its between him, his wife, and god---claims adultery having consensual sex with the young lady---a good twist (probably lawyer advised of course) that shouldnt harm the multi-million dollar star all too much...
I bet his wife gave him a good kick to the nards---maybe not?

It's great for his career! Helps further the "Bad Boy" image that NBA players need.
I hope he isn't guilty. I hope it's simply adultry. Kobe just dosen't seem the type. But he soon is going to wake up and realize that his trial isn't in California....and he has a big problem and likely will spend some time in jail if found guilty. Does Mike Tyson ring a bell?

pickel, like any good lawyer the first thing that they do is trash the victim. We are a long ways from the days of "Well, she dressed like a slut!"
Only the DA has the information and I don't think he would take on a celebrity of this nature unless he had a pretty good case. I vote we wait and see...
