You hear people say we should not have invaded Iraq,maybe so , people wonder where WMD are buried , I am not worried about WMD, i worry about why we did not do it a long time ago.

Well, the reason why nothing was done in the past is because most of the democratic and modern western states were all busy trying to become business-partners with the regime, selling weapons (Chem, Bio, Nuclear), ammunition, equipment, know-how, technology etc.. while turning a blind eye to the crimes.

The regime was killing it’s own people back then too, but this doesn’t seem to have stopped people like Rumsfeld from travelling to Iraq and shaking hands with Hussein with big grins on their faces while they wrestled for oil deals. The very same Rumsfeld who today is one of the heroes (in America at least) who was never out of breath when condemning the ‘evil’ Hussein.
