i wonder if P2P progs like kazaa could say something in there T&C like you will respect others privacy, and not use this program to find out the ip address and if you do, you are violating their T&C and could face being kicked off the prog, or perhaps taht info could not be admissable in court...what do you think?

What does the IP have to do with P2P? So RIAA can't take you to court for stealing music? Hmmm. Sounds like an evil, backhanded, low-down, dirty trick to me. Let's do it.

Prolly the proxy servers at the libraries,or the government, lol

There is no way they will stop P2P although they say the users are dropping off.
