Is poop a terrorist threat?

Sounds like something out of The Onion but it's true in today's news:

(Ventura, CA) -- It's not a good idea to make chocolate candy look like excrement and send it to city hall. The "Ventura County Star" says a Ventura chocolatier found that out the hard way. Brian Lane owns Atelier de Chocolat (ah-tah-lee-ay duh show-koh-lah) on Main Street. Lane says a nearby city construction project is making the floor of his business collapse. He's asked the city for help, but so far it hasn't given any. So, he decided to get the city's attention by sending poop-lookalike chocolate. The trouble is, he also got the attention of Ventura Police. They called him and wanted to know if he was "making a terrorist threat." Lane said no, but he would like his floor fixed.

Good thing Bush didn't hear of this or he'd be raving ranting mad and prolly despatch 120,765 Marines to Ventura County to change the Sheriff.

I had a friend about 10 years ago include a doglog with a streetsweeper ticket he had recieved---it didnt go over so well, the City charged him with criminal mischief and gave him 40 hours of community service---his community service was to pick up dog poop at the Citys dogpark 8 Sundays in a row...

poop placed in key locations in and around a city will cause the disruption of normal pedestrian, flow.
someone actually stepping in said poop, if still fresh poop, can slip and fall into the poop, then no one will help them up because they're full of poop.

what kind of poop you ask??

well, we have fowl poop, fish poop, Mammel poop ( divided into herbivors and carnivors) carinvor poop being the highest threat
