Man, just go to your local flea market/gym supply store. Look for the padded grips with weights on the ends. They are great for beginners.
The use of nunchuks is something I have held as a hobby since I was thirteen or fourteen. (Roughly the middle ages...)
They are great for work outs. Hand eye coordination. Hand and wrist strength. And reflex speed. All are part of the art, and all of which are important in nearly any job.
Just do try and remember, they are a tool. Safety first and all that...
CE has been teaching me a bit of how to use them, and it really can improve your hand to eye coordination, especially when you want to avoid hitting certain parts of you with a hard wooden object.......... OUCH!!
They are 1/4 inch thick dowels, wrapped in black duct tape to add width, and I'm gonna use them to thwap injustice on the head
