On June 15th, my son bought a mouse from a user with no feedback. If I had know there was no feedback I would have told him not to bid.

If your guess was that after he sent the money order the puke never sent the mouse then you were right. Fortunately, he's only out about $19. Guy has responded to only one email last week saying he had a family emergency (yeah, right) and we would have it no later than Thursday. Nope! Ebay won't do anything because it's less than $20. If only I had a good reason other than $19 to drive up to Sacramento.
Probably wasn't happy with the price and decided to keep the $.
Besides leaving this scum
(no offense meant to scum by the way) negative feedback at Ebay, where else can I list this POS's name, address, phone number, and email information so that if he tries to sell elsewhere at least someone may have a chance to be forewarned?
