There are no fat people. Only overweight in relation to their height.

That sounds like me. Proportionately Mismanaged.

I'm 6'3 and only 70 kg.

Why do we need a new word for fat or skinny people?

What's word with calling a spade a spade? Do we always have to rename it to a handheld earthmoving device?

I'm in about the right weight for height range ATM, but it tends to fluctuate markedly.

Cheers
Mick

Maybe we could call them average??

I'm supposedly obese for my height (5'9, 185 lbs) or something

Who makes the charts, anyway?

Call me whatever ya' want, though I take no offense to just plain old "you're fat." BTW, I am 6'6" and 350 lbs.

Prex, I think the charts are made by food-challenged Ethiopians or anorexia sufferers.

They do need to taken with a pinch of salt, so to speak; even dieticians will agree with that (most of whom look like anorexia sufferers themselves, IMO).

Cheers
Mick

Bah, I wasn't trying to mask FAT in another word, the phrase just jumped into my head today and I thought I'd share

Fat is FAT, and that's all there is to it. A rose by another name, is still a velvety nature bloom
