That has got to be some the most frightening reading I have done in a long time.
"United states person", "Ongoing investigation", "Non Disclosure Agreements"...
And the judges don't even have the option to deny a request?
These are not just vague differences of opinion here folks, but out right lies by the people who now wield this power.
How do you impeach the Attorney General? We have him on record as lying under oath in front of congress, isn't that mandatory jail time? (ala McCarthy?)
When did this act gain these wonderful clauses that allow the FBI to basically rule the nation?
