For the record, "pewter" is a type of metal. A "puter" is hacker sp33k for a computer.

But that's hip that everything is back up and running!

'Puter' is hacker speak? Wow, they must've stolen it from every other person who's ever used a chat program before. Jerks!

Anyone know good slang names from computers? I usually call them "machines". My friend's computer is pretty old and slow...UGH. When he complains that it's slow I tell him to use premium gas and prime it before use.

Glad to have it back, huh? I know the feeling. I have an extra computer that I hope I'll never use but I did when my hard drive kaput on me. Took me quite a while to get back to this baby.

By the way, the other system is a cyrix 133, 32meg mem, 1gig drive, 14.4 modem. You can see why I don't want to use it.
