It's a gravity simulation of satelites orbiting the earth moon system. It seems pretty accurate (I.E. the force is somewhat inversly proprtional to the distance to the mass and the larger mass has a larger effect).

I know initial velocity can be controlled by moving the mouse, but that seems ultra sensative. if you maniuplated through equations you can probably use that to control final velocity. I forgot most of my rocket science and gravitational physics.
Heh. I got one to figure eight around the earth and moon for two orbits before it crashed. Then I had one leave the frame for two seconds at a time and come back. It crashed eventually also.
Very cool toy.
