ahhhhhh.... rubik's cube.... ahhhhhhhh

anyone know of any site that will easily explain the solution to a cube. All the sites are so complicated and they hurt my brain after a few minutes of reading.

thanks for the help.

Let us examine this from an engineering perspective.

Using a case knife, gently pry outwards on a corner cube. The whole cube will fall apart. Re-assemble the cubes to their correct positions. The last cube will require a slight push, so be careful not to break the sercuring tab.

nothing says engineers have to do it the hard way

there are stickers on it, aren't there?

actually I'm sure there are...normally they come with instructions on how to solve them.

Nah, mine didn't have stickers, so I had to improvise.

LOL those things are hard. My mom said my dad solved one once. That's something else if you think about it...but then again if you think about it he must have had a lot of time on his hands...

that is odd, i got one of those books years ago as a kid (about age 11) that explained how to do the rubics cube. it was plenty easy to follow along and was able do it quickly.

This reminds me of this woman I saw on a video I have. Her name is Kathy Buckley, and she bills herself as "The World's First Deaf Comedianne"...she is one of the funniest women I have ever encountered, and she is pretty thought-provoking as well!

Anyway, she has a viewpoint of, "don't worry about somebody's disablement, or impairment....instead, worry about what they're gonna do with what they DO have!" She's SO great!

She illustrates this by describing a party (that is attended by a group of folks who have various physical handicaps) in which gifts are given, and the almost life-threatening sense of humor these folks have, and maintain.... to wit:

The guy with prosthetic limbs gets a game of "Twister" ("oh, left leg on blue? Fine, [unscrews leg, dumps it on the mat] there you go!"

And the blind guy gets a Rubick's Cube....("Is this right? [twists it some more] how about now? Okay, how about now?"

She's a genius!

Actually, I'd screw mine up when I was a kid, hand it to my mother and she'd solve it in about five minutes.

So, if you want her address, you can ship it to her I haven't tried one in about 15 years
