Connecting a DVD player to a VCR

Can this be done? We have an old TV that doesn't have the inputs for the DVD player. Can I hook the DVD player to the VCR and play movies using the AUX setting (rather than tuner)?

Yes, had to do this with my parents' tv. It's old so I had to connect DVD to VCR. You just have to turn on the vcr when watching dvds.

Soem VCR's will distort the picture due to macrovision anytime it is on... Others will only distort the picture when trying to record.

I give it a 50/50 shot of working.

Send a message via Yahoo to Brainchild
the only problem with this is the macrovision protection on th DVD will make the picture terrible.I had to buy an RF Modulator to get the proper playback.

A de-macrovision filter is a good piece of hardware to own, though this device is generally only stocked at shady online retailers.
