I really don't know if he is more screwed up then she is. If she honestly needed someone else to help her die?
Sites like this do exist and it's rather disturbing. I read somewhere that a site where people can talk about how to commit suicide was shut down.

Let me get this straight, She requested to be killed
and then when someone offered to help her and agreed
to the method in question she had him arrested.

Wierd yes but crime, I do not think so IMO.

It says he offered to kill her not that she requested it. That is probably why he only got probation.

I think the chat room was suicide prevention.
The guy was a predator. I can't believe he only got probation or that a female police officer didn't meet him to let him attempt to follow though.
