I'm pissed...
I'm trying to get a job at a place here that does DirectTV tech support...simple job that pays very well.
I called almost two weeks ago asking for an appointment...I was told their appointment schedule was full and I should call back the coming Thursday starting at 8:00am to setup one. So I called, nobody answered so I left a message...twice, and I went to sleep. They called two hours after I called them, wanting to setup an appointment...but I was asleep. Called them back when I woke up and was told the schedule was full, and to call back Thursday starting at 8am.
Today is Thursday...I called at 8:05am, and again at 8:35am. So I think no big deal that they haven't called yet. I start talking to my friend that lives across town on ICQ, and he says he called them around 8:10am and got a call back 1 minute later, and setup an appointment.
Those bastards! Here it is 45 minutes after I called, and 15 minutes after a second call, and they haven't called me back.
Qualifications for this job:
Be able to type 25wpm
HS Diploma or GED required
Computer/Customer Service Experience knowledge preffered
I type just under 100wpm...I have a diploma...compuer/customer service exprience - what else is this forum good for?
