I disunderstand...if the guy was a Project Coordinator for M$, then it would seem he'd be ordering every bit of software he could, to analyze it and keep up with the competition as part of his job...maybe he was black-marketing M$ software?
Then, I would understand, but why are the
penalties so HARSH?
Heck, he'd have done better just shooting Gates in the head and robbing his petty cash. That's only 7 to 10 (with a hot criminal attorney...)
