German loses license for driving lawnmower drunk

Every now and then I think the Gestopo effect is still in full force.

I have no idea how his driving a lawnmower could affect anyone but himself.

you do know this is illegal in america as well. you can get a dui for operating anything even a bike

Well I think the laws are ok depending where he was riding the mower.
The bike is the same way. I know lots of places that could be a good place to ride a bike drunk, but what if you live in a city?
The drunk person would get hit by a person and sober up and try to sue the driver.. (With the way things work, the person would probably win as well)

He was mowing a clients lawn.

I guess customer wanted his lawn cut with STRAIGHT lines.
