Well it's not like you can go and buy the ingredients for a nuclear weapon in your local corner store.

You guys probably werent around when they raided all the libraries.

Seems some college student did a thesis on how to build an atomic bomb using public information. Immediatly after his teacher recieved the thesis, he called the FBI, and about 2 weeks later all the books listed in his bibliography were removed from the libraries.

The people who want to know, know how. The information isn't the impediment it's the manufacturing end.

It's hard to get the nuclear material. One needs to either refine it one's self (Iran) or buy it (from an unemployed Russian scientist). The Russian's have the worst security around their nuclear facilities. It would have been a better use of the Iraq invasion money to just buy up the material from the Russians and destroy it.

Of course, it's very easy. Ever read 'Sum of All Fears' (not watched the movie, the movie sucked)? In all honesty, the only thing standing between New York/Washington/LA/Denver and a Terrorist-made nuke is the avaliablility of Plutonium, Uranium, and Tritium (Delerium is naturally, readily avaliable tho).

Oh, adn I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about GW getting any nukes. It's ME you have to worry about <-(mad scientist laugh + Naga laugh)

Russian and Chinese nuclear bombs are probably much cheaper, but none of them come with an English instruction manual.
