Is there anyone that has experience working inside of cryslers/dodge/plymoth cars? Somthing snapped inside of my dads 1996 sebring convertable steering column when he pulled back on the right column stick to start the windshield wiper mister to clean off the windshields. Well after that, they wouldn't turn off, so he suspected that a spring had come loose and was holding the stick in the position to hit the sensor that triggers the mister. After about 10 minutes of sticking things in it to try and get it loose and away from the sensor, somthing else snapped

Now the mister won't even work at all. Is there anyone that could help us or a web site that has a map of the insdie of the steering column so when my dad opens it up he can figure out what is what?
Thanks
