What is this?

I found this, do not what to say where at the moment, and not sure what it is.
Dimensions are 5.5mm X 4.8mm X 2.36mm thick.

's far as I can tell its a small item.

A little information as to where I got this,
I was eating spagetti and meatballs for lunch, came out of one of the meatballs.
The object is hard like bone?

That is what I think and another person thinks. If you could see the item in person it would be that more apparent. I think I will be talking to someone in the cafateria today.

your eating the rest of the animal so sticking its teeth into your mouth isn't really sick. I think its more of a safety hazard, but even that I doubt is serious.
