What the hell, there's no video. The file doesn't play in Windows Media Player, Quicktime or Winamp. I have several WMP only plugins and I have both DivX and Xvid codecs.

What do I need to play this thing?

It played fine in my Windows Media Player... maybe you need to check for codec updates.
