It is good to see that something is being done, however perhaps enough is not being done. Although in theory racial profiling may work to curb domestic terrorism threats and I have faith in Bush and his administration's good intentions, I do not trust all the other federal agencies.
If we are going to racially profile for terrorists, we need some regulations. Some very stringent regulations. And a discontinuity statement when it becomes unnecessary.
I think racial profiling should be illegal, but I am willing to give up some of my personal liberties until the threat of terrorism is greatly diminished in the organized form.
Life, liberty, property. Life must come first, IMO
