Gross snake ID needed

OK so it's not the freshest snake. It got run over by Fingers truck, then it took him a couple days to get the camera and snap a pic. But does anyone know what kind of snake this is?

Barney I think you picked it out. Thanks for finding that great site for me too. We have seen 2 kinds of snakes so far and haven't' even moved into the house yet!
