Skunk Problem
guys, I need advice.
We just found out that 5 skunks have made a nest under our patio. The patio is about 2 inches off the ground, and they're dug in there. I know we can get them out of there using a hose, cause that's how we tried to get them out yesterday, and it worked, only they came back in afterwards. We wanna get rid of those buggers for good. What advice would ya give on getting rid of them.

Hey lost-and-found --
Get yourself a can of Starting Fluid (ether), put them to sleep, drag them out and haul them over to your enemies place.
I've done it several times. And never got sprayed.
The skunks will wake up PO'd and with one heck of a hang over/headache, but will be fine.

Ha interesting problem you have their LAF.
Oh come on now sharder... He'd probably lock a couple of them into the administration office and principal office.
After that, just let the others loose in the school randomly. |

I was told by an spca person that if you put a radio near them, and leave it going 24 hrs a day, on a talk radio station, they will move on.
Good luck.

[Method 1]
Why not leave them alone?
They wont hurt you, you may have a problem if you have an aggressive dog but he will learn soon enough...
[Method 2]
Animal control will loan you a have-a-heart trap, load it with raw egg and you will get em quick---be prepared for an eventual odor dose---(tomato juice it off afterwards, the dog too)
