Definitely overkill where Martha Stewart is concerned, but some serious jail time for the crooks at Enron, WorldCom and all the crooked stock analysts is long overdue.

They should have used the RICO statutes to confiscate all the stolen stock value and use the proceeds to reimburse stockholders to really put a hurtin' on the slimebags who fleeced so many people and treated their company's finances as their own private piggy bank.

Hillary Clinton made a very fast $100,000 (bought and sold)based on insider information and no prosecution. Hillary is slick!

But Martha in an attempt to take advantage of insider information for a few dollars (compared relatively to wealth) has lost millions of her wealth. She should have cooperated and pleaded out. Now, she also faces obstruction charges. Not so slick!
