A look at parents cruelty

These parents need to have some of the same Discipline applied to them.

People say that parents are the best way to raise a child, but after this example. . .

Yep put them in a little prison closet and don't feed them for a year. See how they like it.
How can someone do that to a child?

ya know the part in Silence of the lambs where she's walking past all the crazy folks in their cells walking to Hannibals cell...

They should lock those two in that area and open the cells up

Sick, sick people. Unfortunately, they're just another link in a chain that may yet remain unbroken. Child abuse is a learned trait. Abused children become abusers. The kids pulled from that home will abuse their kids one day unless someone intervenes early.

Ditto to the max!
That poor child. When i read these things it just makes me want to whisk the child away myself and raise them myself.

There is NOTHING that boy could have done that would warrent that kind of abuse!! It's people like these that cause Child Services to be overworked and overly suspicious of parents.

When I was small (late 70's, early 80's) my parents were held in suspicion of abuse on each of my brothers. They were all accidents that happen when kids play. Especially when we do stupid things. We were jumping off of a 5 or 6 step porch onto the front lawn and my one brother broke his wrist when he landed badly and my other brother cut his head badly. They wouldn't believe my parents or my grandmother. They asked me, and all the neighbour kids that were with us. Even then they weren't entirely convinced. There was an investigation and questions and wasted time... Just because there are people that will abuse their children.

People should have to take psychological evaluations before they are allowed to have children. It's added expense and not everyone would do it but it's an idea anyway.

Sick, sick people, who unfortunately have reproductive capabilities.

HEY! How come there are NO family/children raising skills taught in High Schools??

Yeeesh, the curriculums include freakin' nonsense, how about something RELEVANT? For a change?

Our children are our hope for the future, after all. Perhaps we could campain for child rearing couses in high schools?

Just a thought....maybe we could teach people (at an early age) that their children are not a possession, but are in fact, a precious legacy, hmmmm?
