Reverse sexism in Old Navy ad

I've never liked Old Navy fashions. Now today's Sunday circular gives me another reason to hate them. I wonder if the ad editor is either female or is a whipped male.

On the back page, right above the khakis, it says:

"This Father's Day, let _Dad_ [underlined & in red] wear the pants!"

i guess i dont see what the deal is...it looks like a clever play on words to me. if there wasnt a shot of a ton of pants under that line id agree, but the way the ad is set-up it looks quite clever.
