Howdy all,

I got home last night from Qatar. Neat country, but I would like to never drive there...ever. I arrived in the theater a little late for this conflict, which is fine. I am cool with not getting shot at. I'll see you all around a bit more often now.

Thanks all. It is good to be home

Club,

I am in tactical communications. Specifically in this job I work with forward air controllers (front line Air Force guys that go out with the Army) who see/laser a target and talk an airplane in on it. Good radios/data links are very important for hitting the enemy and not friendlies.

Actually I am going to take her to DC for some house hunting/vacation/honeymoon make up
