What's worse is the fact that the kids they sued didn't have a choice and pretty much has to pay up and STHU.
Going after college kids because they share the most files? Perhaps, but they are still the easiest target for the RIAA to go after.

Thank you! I am glad the kid is recovering after shock. Actually I am going to donate him with few dollars. To my opinion every P2P fan should do that. This way when somebody falls a victim to evil RIAA or other greedy thugs he/she would not feel alone.

I believe that RIAA and alike are violating some very basic human values. After all free non-profit sharing was encouraged since Biblical times.
