Once again two morons find each other on the internet. I get a kick out of the seller's statement that only buyers with a rating of 5 or higher may bid, and the winner has a rating of -2.

Just goes to show that eBay's ratings don't mean that the seller or buyer has any scruples. They only mean that you'll get what you pay for. This bozo will never see that money. I'd love to be there when he/she carries out the threat to turn over the case to the FBI.
