After reading the article, I have to say that I am not in favor of rushing this in any way. Slow but certain should be the motto here, rather than get it done on time.
Most disturbing is the hint that a person could be lost off the registered polls but not notified until the day of the vote. Thus allowing for more lost ballots and mud slinging and insinuations...
I said I was not going to post unless it was a happy thought...

P.S.: If they rush this can I get my cats registered? WOuld they notice? (Either the cats or the polls?)
