I think they should at least get to speak to a lawyer or something. Apparently since they aren't on U.S. soil they don't meet any laws for the U.S.
The fact that most of them are being held there without actually being charged..

Kind of makes me wonder how many of them are innocent.

We are supposed to be the protectors of the free world, and what appears the police of the world. Yet we don't give them lawyers..
(Of course some of the people there are truly evil, but IMO everyone deserves a fair trial)

How would you like if you sat around and weren't charged with a crime? Granted I am sure there are many bad men there, but what about the innocent ones?
