Well I take it you're going to the doctor tomorrow then?
That's a bummer... How are you going to dig on Sam when you're all mangled?
Hope it's nothing serious, just some bruises.

How fast were you going when you hit the car?

i was going around 28 mph. car pulled out in front of me. saw big red. blob. slammed on brakes. hit it. a spectator said i flipped over the handlebars and the fell down the side of the car. all i know, it the wind was knocked out of me. caops were called. no citations were issued. thumbs really hurts, and ankle getting worse. probaly won't go see doctor.

I would recommend just taking it easy and possibly putting ice on your ankle. In the morning if you don't feel good, then I would recommend (Of course I would recommend ) going to the doctor.

No citations were issued, eh? So did the car have a stop sign or anything? Hitting the car at around 28 m.p.h. would make me want to slap the driver senseless if he ran a stop sign or anything. (Granted I would have to get my wind back. )

Sorry to hear about that, Blazer. Hope your hand gets better quickly (so you can start calling lawyers, that is!).

If he pulled out in front of you, he is liable for your injuries. I am not a lawyer-friendly person, but I would suggest calling one of those "no fees until you collect" accident attornies to ensure you do not get stuck with a bum thumb or a big hospital bill.

I hope everything is alright and you are not in pain for too long.

Dave... if he was on the sidewalk that doesn't apply.

How exactly did it happen Blaze?

Bum thumbs are a pain (no pun intended).

Sounds to me like he was looking at his speedometer when he hit it - how else could he know he was going around 28 MPH?

So, out with it...

Were you drinking and biking?
Duck hunting?

Well??
