I noticed this thread and I'm sure nobody wants to hear this, but you SHOULD hear this.
For those of you who are uncomforable with you body because you feel it is too fat (the majority of america), you should atleast know this:
You should avoid eating within a few hours of when you plan on going to sleep AT ALL COSTS. If you have cravings for junk food, dont always ignore them (this will drive you crazy), but instead, indulge in those cravings some time during the day when you know you will not be going to sleep anytime soon, like no sooner than 5 hours.
The only people who should eat before going to bed are bodybuilders who are looking to add more mass. And even then, this late night snack should be mostly protein and low in carbohydrates (unless they're REALLY trying to get huge).
I know most people think that changing their body is going to necessitate radical lifestyle changes, but following easy, simple recommendations like I give could have you losing pounds in no time. With no exercise required!!!!

However, I DO recommend exercise.
