What type are you?
Understanding Your Bowels
I'm usually a Type 3 or 4, which is good: Quote: |
The ideal stools are types 3 and 4, especially type 4, as they are most likely to glide out without any fuss what-soever.
| Isn't it wonderful? No fuss! Quote: |
Also, they are least likely to leave you with an annoying feeling that something is left behind.
| I hate it when I don't feel properly flushed out...

My hotmail account was set to only accept emails from people on my contact list while I was gone...and I kinda sorta forgot about that so timo mails were in junk mail (oops)...fixed now . Thanks CM ...glad to see you're still playing the OpFor in the debates around here (keeps it interesting).

Hello Warthog!!!! so glad to see you again!! probably don't remember our minor rantings, but I do! Hey, look, I gots me an avatar that is just perfect!!!
I don't really know you very well like others here but I am still very very proud of you! *hug* And I want to say THANKS for serving our country.......
Now, on to your topic.... over the many blue moons my life has covered I do believe I have experienced the following numbers...1,2,3,4,5,6,7. I would like to add a #8, that being a bilious-type a long long time ago. As of the last many years, things go pretty good with a normal-type 4. Sometimes the creole-cajun-habanero-jalapeno type food will allow me to utilize another number.

What I would like to add to this topic is the ABSOLUTE importance of individuals to have colo-rectal examinations beginning at age 40 to 45 (unless family history or other factors preclude an earlier exam). Colo-rectal cancer is a killer and the rate of cure is much higher if it can be caught early. Don't be afraid to talk to ur doc about this, it could save your life.
