He's basically saying people are trading more, and broader. ( in my understanding. ) there is a 7 year low in most trades, except for the morgage trade in which people are trading when they regualy wouldn't.

Gee, did I do my refi too soon? I hardly thought it could be possible when I locked in under 6%.
