Hey I was just wondering if anyone has ever used anything out of the A.C.? I remembered looking at it years ago after the movie "hackers" came out and hacking was made a public craze all of a sudden. I heard rumors that the stuff in that book was just designed to hurt the builders, wondering if any of that is true. (ps. bored at work)

The book IMO doesn't hold anything good. Obviously they can't put anything too crass and dangerous in the book.
If you want to learn the stuff in better detail, just use google.

My bro has "The Terrorists Handbook". Has everything from making little smoke bombs with gun powder to making stuff with some pretty serious chemicals. Explains everything in pretty good detail - including safety. Even has a section on lockpicking!
