Streaker Wins Back Love

Now the couple, from Ashlands Road, Hester's Way, are planning their wedding.
Julia said: "I'm ecstatic. I was so shocked. I didn't think he'd have the guts to do it."
Tommy's streak began late afternoon at the back of Regent Arcade. He stripped down and wandered naked, except for a pair of underpants covering his modesty, along the Promenade, down Clarence Parade and into Clarence Road.
At the Toad pub, he dressed before going in and proposing to Julia.
To the cheers of friends, she agreed.
Julia, 25, said: "We split up three weeks ago. He told me he would do anything to get back with me. Even if it meant streaking down Cheltenham High Street naked, he said he would do it."
Tommy said he hatched his plan after watching the BBC's I'd Do Anything programme, hosted by Ian Wright.
People on the show perform a stunt to win a loved one or make a dream come true.
Tommy, 23, said: "I told her I would do anything for her, she said 'really, would you do anything?' It went on from there."
Julia watched Tommy's streak with friends and made him wait for a few more minutes' humiliation before saying yes.
The couple will celebrate at a party with friends on Leckhampton Hill on May 24.

i dunno, underwear isnt "naked"..
but if its close enough for her, thats fine i guess

That story is full of misinformation RobRich. Wearing underwear is not streaking. I'm gonna have to start questioning your credibility RR.

Streaking is full nudity, no clothes!
I could go shopping in Marks and Spencers if I was wearing Underpants, in fact I could go anywhere!!!
If the guy dressed down to his boxers he is not doing anything illegal / immoral / interesting !
So What ?

maybe its cold where he lives and he figured if he really streaked (struck?) that the effects of cold weather may make her change her mind for good! lol.
