I get email spammed by other people selling these things all the time :/

There's no sign of those being the 'actual' cards, its just some guy that made up playing cards.

Folks:

I hate to disappoint you, but all of those cards on Ebay are fakes. I'm currently sitting just outside Baghdad, and there are NONE of those cards in Iraq. I've heard through the grapevine that CENTCOM had 2000 decks made, but has not released them.

So, Vass is right. These are only supporting someone's bank account.
