"Sky watchers should see the moon change color dramatically Thursday evening as a total lunar eclipse becomes briefly visible over Northern California.

For 53 minutes, the sun, the Earth and the moon will be lined up as the moon passes through the Earth's dark shadow, and vivid colors -- perhaps orange and bright red -- will paint the moon's face, the result of sunlight refracting through the Earth's atmosphere. "

Ya I guess I read that wrong...looked in the local paper this morning and they had an article about it. Along with times, etc on when it will be happening...should be pretty cool.

Heh clouds are the least of our worries living in good ol Missouri...long as the tornado's stay away I'm good. lol

It was mentioned to me that one of the news networks was going to broadcast parts of it tonight. I dont know if that is true but you might want to check them out occasionally just in case.
