Falling In Love

Do you guys believe in young people falling in love? When I say young people I mean around the 13 -18-age groups. Does it really matter how old you have to be to really feel what it is to feel love (love from a significant other, not family. This is where a maturity issues can arise)?

At the age of 18 i think you can... when your 13 then no, some people may know each other from when they were about 13 but i don't believe it was really love back then.
