At least he's not suing for damages for him being such an imbecile because he ate Oreo's as a kid

Utter ridiculous

I ate oreo's as a kid, and I grew up fine (I attribute my "special" qualities to other reasons )

The thing is that it contains an ingredient that doesn't appear on the label but is more "fatty" than what you'd think by eating oreos. hehehe

As much as I hate lawyers this one is actually doing some good. I disagree with HOW he is doing it. Fortunately, its only in California.

How many of you guys actually KNEW they had transfatty acids? NO, not just sugar and flour and HOG FAT but actual transfatty acids??

Quick : what are transfatty acids and what do they do to the persons body?? Why are they so bad for children and NOT adults?

Why won't Nabisco LIST everything?

It's none of ours or your business what people snack on. Want to mandate private health insurance for those who imbibe if that will satisfy taxpayer non-obligation? It's a free-will issue, not a moral societal issue that affect others.

Pretty obvious an Orwellian society is coming, demonizing life's little pleasures risky or not, isn't it? Drinking, smoking, skydiving, Oreos, etc.
