Feed Me!
Feed a single college man would you? all i eat really is ANY kind of pizzas, order chinese, cook chicken breasts, toaster's struedel, no-bakes, and tons of subway.
what kinda meals would you suggest for me? i make my own food, and i really am not that bad of a cook, i just need some ideas on what i can include in my diet.

hot dogs are like licking the floor of a butcher shop. i refuse to eat them, no matter how good they taster i have made burgers on occasion, but the problem with that is, the buns.
you know the never ending struggle single people have with 8 buns in a bag? they go to waste so easily. i am such a freak about that kinda stuff. makes me nuts just trying to figure out WHY they do this to me
is that all you eat vass? certainly there has to be something more to it? although, i believe our body types to be identical

What about some really good pasta!!
The real italian one!
-Recipe-
Pasta alla carbonara.
Put some oil (just a little bit) in a pan along with some bacon, cutted into little pieces.
Let the fat on the bacon fade away and let it rest for 5 minutes.
While its doing, prepare some egg. Stir or shake the egg (only 1 if its only for you or even two if you eat a lot) [I dont know how you say it in English} in a little cup and add some salt and pepper. After the pasta is cooked you ll` need the egg.
Now prepare some pasta (Spaghetti are the best) and let them cook for 10 minutes, not more than that. When they are ready put the bacon and oil ointment and the egg all togheter over hte pasta, on the stove for 3 minutes and stir everything toghter.
Add some parmesan cheese to it and enjoy a really good plate!!
-----------------
Recipe.
Pasta alla amatriciana.
Prepare the bacon as above but when the bacon is ready add some tomato sauce to it. NOT the marinara sauce (we dont have that in Italy its not italian at all).
Let the sauce (sugo) cook for 15-20 minutes on low and thats it.
Spaghetti again are the best.!! (10 minutes)
Enjoy.
-------------------------------------
Need anything else?

You spend , what, $90.00 to 120.00 a week on food?? Since I dont know if your asking for health or lower prices, I will suggest both.
Health
Try oatmeal or cereal w/juice instead of milk for breakfast its good for you and keeps you away from those artery clogging eggs, sausage, cheeze, and bacon.
For the mid-morning snack try an apple or bannana, with some yogurt.
For lunch a chicken breast broiled on top of a garden salad, NO dressing with your favorite dressing. With your favorite beverage, but stay away from the "soda" drinks and ensure its NON-ALCOHOL!
For a good dinner, stay with the vegetables raw or steamed if you can boil only as a last resort. Choose a good meat for your evening meal but go lightly with the red meats.
Eat breads sparingly, and while I generally say there are only 2 types of food :
Pizza,
and
Whatever else you want to eat,
you should try to eat Pizza only 1 or 2 times a week because of the saturated fats in the "processed pizzas". IF YOU COOK it yourself you will have a much greater control of what you make and can increase the amount of times you eat pizza.
Cost:
DO NOT buy in bulk unless you have someone to share with are you are sure you will eat it ALL within a week.
If you are feeling like eating out, you DONT have to go to the most popular place - those can be very expensive.

I hope I have helped.

V8 splash is the best stuff. not a big oatmeal fan, but i eat a banana every morning. it is really the dinners and lunches i need help with, i usually dont eat breakfast. and i guess most of the times lunch is subway since i am usually out and about.
Thank Vern!
i dont drink at all either, so good there too. besides eating pizza as much as i shower, i think what i do eat is borderline healthy. well ok, forget the no-bakes too
