What cable (only) TV shows do you watch?
I keep getting inundated with offers from Comcast cable to subscribe at $5 a month for the next 6 months. But I'm wondering if I should really do it. After all, most of the shows I watch are locally syndicated shows.
So I'm taking a poll to get an idea of what shows I'm missing out on. I last had cable when I lived with my folks last December.
What cable (only) TV shows do you watch?

comedy central at night, for southpark, insomniac, daily show (every day just about)
discovery, tlc, for the junkyard wars shows, and the motorcycle/custom car shows (certain days, dont remembe)
cartoon network for adult swim (Sun-Thurs)
i also like discovery science, but its a digital channel, not basic

CHAPPELLE'S SHOW!!! Just started this year and I thought it just kept getting better and better every episode.
Daily show, although not as much anymore.
Tough crowd with colin quinn.
Crank yankers sometimes
all of those are on comedy central
Family guy is on adult swim now I think, so I'll be watching that (although it's only the reruns so far)
The only place you can catch looney tunes that I know of is cartoon network, so I gotta watch them on Saturday mornings!
Tom and Jerry too.
World's Strongest man competition. It's just strange, I like watching it for some reason.

"What cable (only) TV shows do you watch?"
No such thing as cable only. If its on cable-its on dish. Not everyone has local on dish yet but direct tv is providing it more and more areas all the time. They just added us now too. So its getting to the sticks even. hehe. So for the extra $5. I get locals crystal clear! Cable is fuzzy, bad signal. Im surrounded by woods and my dish gets 98% signal on clear days and around 90% when raining. Only lightning or big arsed plain in directly line with it will interfear and thats extremly brief. The net on it though has a longway to go. Its not so hot for that. I see this in the future. cable going bust on tv due to dish being more available in remote locations, better pricing and more ch. per package deal. Heck its already ike that. We saved $ going to dish the very first month and still are! So cable is gonna be more available for INTERNET.!!!! Yeah, cable access cheap due to its all its good for. hehe

Nothing really. We have 81 channels of crap. The kids like the cartoon channels. My wife likes VH1, MTV, and those home improvement shows like "Trading Places". |

Stargate SG1 and Farscape. Mostly just Sci-Fi. Sometimes Voyager, or Chappel show (though I usually don't laugh at it) and South Park. My 10 hours of TV for the week (Stargate takes up six of them).
