I Got Contacts!!!

I finally got the exam today, and my eyes are just fine. Boy, that doc taught me so much about vision and eyes in general.

Well, I was able to get color contacts. A new kind, called Radiance. The color is Moonlight, kinda blue in color. It really brings out my eyes quite nicely!

looks like you're eyes are still kinda messed up - lol (avatar) Congrats on the contacts! I'll bet it's better than wearing glasses all the time!

I can't wear contacts because they dry my eyes out. I'll spend the entire day using rewetting drops. Maybe you try the fancy ones. You could get cat eyes.

Cop: "Hey, lady, says here you're supposed to be wearing glasses!"

AC: "But, officer, I have contacts!"

have you looked into have one or both tear ducts blocked. usually done to prevent dry eyes with contacts

I am thinking about contacts. I have to go get another eye exam done anyway.

I hate my glasses, but I'm blind without them. I am unable to bring my finger close enough to my eye to use contacts and I'm scared to death of corrective surgeries after I've seen one on TV, there's no way someone will do this to me unless I'm knocked out first.

I would never want contacts, i think putting something like that right against your eye is kinda crap imo.

Luckily my eyes are great so i don't need anything

ive had them for 12 years...hasnt bothered me yet. no inhections, ulcers, corneal scratches.
