Why is the forum bugging?

Everytime I click 'refresh' on the main forum screen I get the following screen (image attached).

But if I click a thread, and then click 'techimo forums' it's fine.
It's only when I try to refresh something that this nonsense appears on the screen.

Why is this?

//edit: I just tested this with my laptop, and it works flawlessly.. So it must be something stupid I've done.
Therefore, does someone know what I've done?

Your browser is incorrectly processing CSS (cascaded style sheets) coding for some reason.

Today it works flawlessly with my desktop too.
What has changed? Our normal proxy server broke down on hardware level and it was replaced by older proxy server.

It doesn't show that code anymore.
However it baffles me that it worked fine on the laptop...

I blame the proxy server, too, then

Aww...you broke it!

Basically, it hapens when part of the site doesn't load properly. Sometimes reloading helps the page for me. It seems to hurt it for you.
